Coleman Furniture is growing fast, and so is our digital presence. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and culturally plugged-in Social Media Manager who can elevate our brand across platforms, spark engagement, and build an online community that matches the energy and personality of Coleman.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, has strong aesthetic instincts, and knows how to turn data into strategy. You'll work closely with internal teams to tell the story of Renegade through fresh, bold, and original content.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute Coleman's social media strategy across all social platforms
- Develop engaging content that showcases our brand, products, and customer stories
- Manage the daily posting calendar, including planning, scheduling, and publishing
- Create short-form videos, reels, and lifestyle content that aligns with current trends
- Monitor performance analytics and optimize content for growth and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality assets
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, tags, and brand mentions
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
- Support social content around new product launches and major campaigns
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of social media experience, ideally in e-commerce, lifestyle, or home/interior categories
- Exceptional eye for design, layout, and storytelling
- Strong video editing and short-form content creation skills
- Natural ability to identify trends and translate them into brand-fit content
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Positive energy, initiative, and a passion for creativity

Salary
Compensation for this role ranges from $58,000–$65,000, based on experience and skill set.
