Job Description At Warner Music Group, we’re a global collective of music makers and lovers, tech innovators and creatives. The Digital team at Atlantic Music Group is a full‑service, agency‑like marketing team dedicated to building artist careers at the intersection of music and technology. This role focuses on the Pop/Rock team, managing the entire digital strategy for all artists on our roster.

Responsibilities

Daily management of the digital marketing strategy for the Pop/Rock team.

Develop, execute and optimize platform‑specific strategies (TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, etc.) that authentically resonate with fans.

Create content optimized for discovery on TikTok and YouTube, deepen fan engagement through community‑driven platforms, and collaborate with tastemakers and influencers.

Partner with artists, managers, and label executives to shape innovative, impactful marketing strategies.

Oversee multiple artist projects simultaneously, driving every stage of a digital music release from concept to completion.

Collaborate with product managers and in‑house creatives to bring artists’ visions to life.

Work with the influencer marketing team to deliver cohesive campaigns aligned with overall artist positioning.

Brainstorm and execute content strategies across socials, websites, fan pages, DSPs, and more.

Build and nurture community‑driven initiatives online and IRL to deepen artist‑fan connections.

Develop and manage strong relationships with digital partners and affiliates to expand visibility and reach.

Plan, budget and launch targeted ad campaigns that engage desired audiences and strengthen market presence.

Maintain a detail‑oriented, highly organized approach to ensure smooth rollouts across all campaigns and releases.

Report on digital initiatives with regular updates, recaps and insights during weekly meetings.

Qualifications

BS or BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Passion for music and technology, especially pop, rock and alternative music.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

Detail‑oriented with excellent listening, interpreting and communication abilities.

Creative, self‑starter and curious with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Experience managing multiple digital marketing projects for music artists.

Desired Skills

Working knowledge of email, social media and viral marketing techniques (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, SoundCloud, Snapchat).

Understanding of what content moves online conversations.

Awareness of emerging social platforms and trends.

Experience with streaming platforms.

Proficiency in Photoshop, video editing and social media publishing tools.

Work Requirements This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in‑office collaboration and believe it is essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships.

Benefits Salary Range: $66,300 to $80,000 annually. Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay depends on experience and business needs.
