Manager, Digital Marketing
Location: Los Angeles, CA / New York, NY
Salary: $66,300 – $80,000 per year
About the Job This role is responsible for the daily management of the digital marketing strategy for the Pop/Rock team. The Manager will oversee digital content development, grassroots digital community building, and the establishment of artist accounts across key platforms including TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Discord. They will design and execute platform‑specific strategies that authentically engage fans through storytelling, live performance culture, and current digital trends. The role also includes collaborating with tastemakers and influencers to amplify campaigns in a genuine and genre‑aligned manner.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain digital marketing strategy for Pop/Rock artists.
Create platform‑specific content optimized for discovery on TikTok, YouTube, and other social media.
Deepen fan engagement through Discord and other community‑driven platforms.
Collaborate with tastemakers, influencers and partners to shape authentic campaigns.
Monitor and adapt to emerging digital trends to enhance performance.
Qualifications
BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Passion for music and technology, with a strong love for pop, rock, and alternative music.
Background in social media strategy and community building.
First‑hand knowledge of the platforms listed and ability to craft consolidated, cross‑platform content.
Experience measuring and optimizing performance across digital channels.
