We're seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media acquisition and performance marketing efforts with a primary focus on scaling our demand creation initiatives. While we've built a strong foundation in demand capture through Google Ads, we're ready to expand our reach and build brand awareness through innovative paid social, cross‑channel strategies, and emerging performance channels.
Key Responsibilities Demand Creation & Paid Social Strategy (Primary Focus)
Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit to build brand awareness and generate demand
Create testing frameworks for creative formats, audiences, and messaging to optimize top and middle‑funnel performance
Scale our paid social spend strategically while maintaining efficiency metrics
Partner with creative teams to develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent flow of test‑ready creative assets
Build audience segments and implement sophisticated targeting strategies for B2B decision‑makers
Establish KPIs and attribution models for demand creation activities that connect to pipeline impact
Demand Capture & SEM Management
Maintain and optimize existing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns focused on high‑intent search traffic
Ensure consistent cost per meeting and meeting rate performance across demand capture channels
Balance budget allocation between demand creation and capture based on performance data
ABM & Partner Growth Channels
Develop and execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in partnership with Sales, aligning campaigns to target high‑value accounts
Manage and optimize lead generation marketplaces and evaluate third‑party vendors for cost‑effective, high‑quality pipeline
Identify and manage strategic partnerships (media, technology, co‑marketing, affiliates) that open new demand generation channels
Budget, Data Analysis & Reporting
Manage multi‑channel paid media budgets and forecasting
Manage daily tracking of spend, pipeline influence, and conversion metrics across all channels
Produce weekly KPI reports and monthly comprehensive performance analyses
Develop forecasting models to predict pipeline impact and inform budget decisions
Track full‑funnel metrics from impression to pipeline, ensuring clear attribution across touchpoints
Present insights and recommendations to leadership, translating complex data into actionable strategies
Campaign Development, Execution, & Experimentation
Lead, design and optimize full‑funnel integrated marketing campaigns
Lead full‑funnel experimentation by developing hypotheses, executing rapid tests, and iterating based on results to identify scalable growth opportunities
Test and optimize ICP segmentation, targeting, messaging, and user experience to maximize conversions across channels
Write and optimize compelling copy for landing pages and ad creative
Lead retargeting strategy through display and social to ensure efficient nurture of mid‑ and lower‑funnel prospects
Drive creative and message testing, working closely with creative and production teams to ensure fast feedback loops and actionable insights
Collaborate with web development team on conversion rate optimization initiatives
Implement tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign success
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Manage relationships with external partners including media agencies and platform representatives
Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality and optimize handoff processes
Partner with creative and content teams to align paid media with broader marketing initiatives
Present strategies and results to C‑level executives and key stakeholders
Required Qualifications Experience
5‑8+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, with at least 2 years focused on B2B marketing
Strong expertise in SEM and paid social (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn)
Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns from scratch, with demonstrated success in demand creation
Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+ across multiple channels and delivering strong ROAS and ROI
Strong background in both demand creation (paid social) and demand capture (paid search) strategies
Experience building campaigns end‑to‑end, including budget allocation, ad uploads, tagging, and GTM milestone planning
Experience developing and executing ABM strategies in partnership with Sales
Proven success managing lead generation marketplaces, affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships as part of a diversified demand generation mix
Strong copywriting skills and hands‑on experience building and optimizing PPC/social ads, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns
Experience with full‑funnel B2B marketing and understanding of long sales cycles
Technical Skills
Expert‑level proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
Advanced knowledge of audience targeting, lookalike modeling, and retargeting strategies for B2B
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for attribution and pipeline tracking
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience with UTM parameter strategy and multi‑touch attribution models
Familiarity with creative, channel, and targeting testing methodologies and statistical significance
