Filevine is seeking a results-oriented
Performance Marketing Manager
to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is hands‑on and focused on driving pipeline through paid media, including PPC, paid social, display, programmatic, ABM initiatives, and awareness campaigns.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is highly organized, and can manage multi‑channel campaigns while partnering closely with content, creative, and sales teams. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, display networks, and programmatic channels.
Support ABM initiatives by executing targeted campaigns for high‑value accounts.
Assist with awareness and connected TV campaigns as needed.
Manage and optimize affiliate or partner advertising programs.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with analytics teammates to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and data integrity across campaigns.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with content, creative, and product marketing teams to develop compelling ad assets and messaging.
Work closely with the sales organization to support ABM campaigns and optimize lead quality.
Coordinate with finance on budget tracking and forecasting for paid campaigns.
Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when needed to support campaign execution.
Qualifications
3–5 years
of experience in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation and paid acquisition.
Hands‑on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, paid social platforms, and display/programmatic channels.
Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and basic familiarity with attribution models.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and make optimization recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
Experience in vertical SaaS or legal tech environments is a plus.
