Position Summary As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will support our Performance Marketing team by inspiring new customers to make their first purchase with Glossier, driving sustainable and efficient growth globally. Your role will involve analytical evaluation of performance, creative problem‑solving, and close collaboration with brand and creative teams.
Responsibilities
Provide clear briefs grounded in historical learnings, current trends, and testing goals/KPIs.
Manage monthly budgets and targets through smart analysis.
Develop deep partnerships with digital marketing agencies and internal stakeholders, delivering on commitments thoroughly and timely.
Present concise recaps based on performance and benchmarks to stakeholders and leadership.
Monitor ad markets for emerging channels and trends, informing our performance marketing strategy.
Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis‑led testing.
Manage monthly budget and targets for a secondary performance channel.
Continuously improve briefing templates to ensure timely, brand‑right creation of assets and copy.
Identify opportunities to optimize performance across channels based on analytics.
Develop tests as part of a broader testing roadmap.
Qualifications
2‑3 years at a digital marketing agency (social, brand or performance) or a top‑tier consulting firm.
Proficiency in advanced analytics on large datasets using Microsoft Excel, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent.
Ability to distill insights from large batches of information.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with peers and senior management.
Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Interest in creative problem‑solving and unique storytelling on digital ad platforms.
Experience in consulting, a start‑up, or similar environment.
Team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
Enthusiasm, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated annual pay range for this role is $70,000 – $85,000.
Full‑time positions are eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes medical health insurance, 401K, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units, Paid Time Off, Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability leave, and other benefits.
Additional pay progression opportunities are available based on continued strong performance.
