Adelska Events is an award-winning event production company specializing in large-scale community events, luxury private experiences, and corporate events.
This role blends marketing strategy, content creation, and graphic design. We are looking for someone who brings ideas, executes independently, and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
This role starts part-time and is ideal for someone who ultimately wants to grow into a full-time, long-term role as our in-house marketing leader.
Responsibilities Marketing & Social
Develop and manage social media content + calendars
Develop marketing plans and execute campaigns for client events
Draft press releases + coordinate community + media listings
Write compelling copy across platforms (social, web, email)
Track engagement and performance metrics
Creative & Design
Design collateral for events (digital + print)
Build brand kits, signage, ads, presentations, and templates
Light web updates (website edits, landing pages, event pages)
Support creative concepts and campaign themes for client events
Execution
Take initiative and run projects start-to-finish
Manage timelines + hit deadlines consistently
Work collaboratively with internal team + vendors
Requirements
3–7 years experience in marketing, creative, or brand work
Strong design skills (Canva required; Adobe a plus)
Demonstrated social media + content development experience
Copywriting + brand storytelling ability
Experience with event, lifestyle, or community-focused brands preferred
Highly organized, proactive, and excellent with deadlines
Portfolio required (brand work, social content, and design samples)

Compensation & Structure
Independent contractor
~15 hours/week to start
$65–$90/hour
based on experience + portfolio
Path to increased hours/full-time if mutually aligned
