POSITION SUMMARY: As our Marketing Specialist, you'll own the tactical delivery that brings Haynes’s brand and campaigns to life. You’ll operate as the counterpart to the Marketing and Communications Lead to create polished assets, manage digital channels, coordinate webinars, capture events, and deliver timely performance insights—ensuring every initiative is executed flawlessly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand application, asset creation, content creation & design
Use the master brand guidelines to design collateral in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (brochures, postcards, digital ads, one-pagers)
Maintain and update the brand asset library (logos, templates, imagery)
Follow established marketing workflows in SharePoint/Drive and run approved automation flows (approval requests, reminder emails)
Sales enablement support
Populate case-study and pitch-deck templates with client data, images, and quotes
Coordinate webinar logistics: build registration pages and monitor social media registrations
Social media platform management
Advertise events via social media platforms to enhance registration rate
Draft social captions, blog drafts, and micro-content (CTAs, infographics) under Lead’s guidance
Implement the approved social-media calendar: schedule posts, source or create imagery, and monitor engagement
Pull platform analytics (LinkedIn, Instagram) and compile performance data for Lead’s review
Event Coordination & Capture
Shoot event photography and video highlights; perform basic edits to deliver web-optimized galleries and reels
Performance Reporting & Analytics
Export data from Google Analytics, email platforms, and social dashboards
Populate reporting templates with charts and tables to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS: Experience
2+ years in a B2B marketing role or agency setting, with hands‑on design, digital, and event experience preferred
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or proficient in Canva
Basic photo/video editing (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or equivalent)
Social‑media scheduling tools
Soft Skills & Attributes
Strong visual storytelling sense and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative environment
