As a Marketing Associate, you will support the Marketing Director in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and industry media. You’ll assist in content creation, website updates, social media scheduling, SEO efforts, webinar and podcast support, and more. This is a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where curiosity, creativity, and follow‑through are key. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in B2B software marketing and help promote some of the most technologically advanced loan management and fintech tools available today.

Job Duties

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media

Help draft and edit blog posts, website copy, social posts, email campaigns, and press releases

Provide support for SEO, including basic website edits in WordPress

Prepare content for webinars, podcasts, and product launches, including speaker decks and promotional emails

Help manage content calendars and organize campaign materials

Update the company website with new product pages, news, and media using WordPress CMS

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather content and maintain brand consistency

Support CRM activities in HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns and support sales efforts

Contribute to the creation of white papers, sales collateral, and presentation decks

Assist with formatting and proofreading marketing materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business or related field

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)

Comfort using design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign (basic level)

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail

Professional demeanor and willingness to learn new tools and concepts quickly

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a marketing‑related role (internships included)

Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM platform

Familiarity with AI‑powered tools and a keen interest in exploring how they can enhance marketing efforts

Basic familiarity with WordPress (basic level)

Experience supporting webinars or digital events

Exposure to SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Yoast)

Understanding of B2B software or fintech industries

Marketing experience is a plus but not required—recent graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply

This job operates in a professional office environment for onsite and hybrid employees. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers to perform basic office duties and communicate with team members.
