Job Summary

We’re looking for a high-energy, fast-moving Graphic Designer & Content Writer who wants real ownership, real impact, and real growth. If you love creating clean, modern visuals and storytelling across digital platforms, this role will let you do all of it and expand your skills quickly.

You should have a strong creative eye, be comfortable taking creative direction and turning it into compelling visuals, and be able to write clear, engaging content for our website, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.

You’ll help drive the full GreenGrowth CPAs marketing engine from newsletters and blog production to social media, website updates, and design execution across all digital channels. This is an opportunity to build a portfolio you’re proud of, contribute directly to brand growth, and take on projects that move fast!

Responsibilities

Design digital assets such as website graphics, landing page visuals, email banners, paid ad creatives, social media posts, and presentation materials.

Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines, tone, and seasonal marketing direction.

Maintain consistent branding across all campaigns and platforms.

Write, edit, and publish 1–3 blog posts per week using WordPress and Elementor.

Conduct basic research using internal insights, state updates, and industry news.

Use AI tools to brainstorm fresh concepts, accelerate production, and bring new creative ideas to the table.

Apply SEO and AEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and AI answer engines, including proper structure, metadata, keyword strategy, and clear, scannable formatting.

Update and schedule weekly and monthly newsletters for corresponding service lines.

Maintain copy, design, and structure consistency across all email templates.

Draft and publish ~3–4 posts per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (through Descript for video assets).

Coordinate posts with current blog content, campaigns, events, and firm announcements.

Update company LinkedIn and Instagram with major milestones and events.

Add or update landing pages, headshots, bios, or role details using Elementor while maintaining consistent layout and formatting.

Assist in updating other site pages as needed.

Monitor content, landing pages, and newsletter performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Maintain asset libraries (Dropbox/Canva), templates, and brand materials.

Assist with business card designs and other collateral as needed.

Occasionally create sales collateral, including one-pagers, pitch decks, service overviews, and marketing materials to support business development.

Collaborate with leadership on campaign planning, creative direction, and brand consistency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Strong ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor, Yoast SEO, and Dropbox.

Solid design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, color theory, and digital composition.

Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, consistent blog content.

Experience writing SEO and AEO-friendly copy for websites, blogs, email, and social media.

Excellent time management; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable working in a lean, collaborative team.

Ability to self-manage weekly deliverables with minimal oversight.

Nice to have: Experience regarding website analytics and website performance.
