Overview

As our Community Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations at our affordable housing properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly, residents are supported, and occupancy stays strong.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local/state/federal regulations
Oversee property inspections, coordinate repairs, and schedule preventative maintenance
Partner with Service and Lease Administration teams to improve performance and resident satisfaction
Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and prepare operational reports
Use Yardi to track data and communications
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of Class A property management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Working knowledge of Yardi or similar property‑management software
Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines
Bonus Points For
Background in leasing and rental processes
Yardi experience
Financial analysis and budgeting skills
