Ideal Candidate Architectural Designer with 4+ years’ experience in commercial architecture, focusing on multi‑site retail or restaurant projects. Experienced in developing construction documents and specifications in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required. Revit/BIM experience preferred. Demonstrates a customer‑service focus. Able to work within a team, collaborating with colleagues across offices and disciplines. Excellent communication skills and ability to multi‑task between multiple projects and priorities. Responsibilities Architectural design and documentation for retail, restaurant and commercial building projects (ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, remodel). Daily/weekly communication with project managers. Due diligence, permitting research, submittals and follow‑up. Coordination with internal architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers. Project administration.
