Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fashion & Apparel Department. In this exciting role, you will provide top-notch support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our latest fashion collections and apparel services. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist clients with product details, order status, returns, and styling advice. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty to our brand.
