Schedule Full Time Shift Day Location AdventHealth Palm Coast, 60 Memorial Medical Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164 The Role You'll Contribute Working with the Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Strategist, the Coordinator executes marketing initiatives for key service lines and the markets we serve. The Coordinator applies introductory knowledge of market research and analytics to contribute to the development of marketing plans that competitively differentiate AdventHealth and ensure the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and brand awareness. The ideal candidate demonstrates enthusiasm for coordinating marketing programs, independent judgment and creativity. This person builds strong relationships with stakeholders to advance the service lines and market strategy goals and vision. Additionally, the candidate is a hands‑on, results‑oriented marketer who is passionate about learning strategy and achieving executional success. Value You’ll Bring Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans; setting goals, strategies and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met. Implement day‑to‑day marketing efforts for assigned service lines, including digital content and collateral creation, event execution, and project management. Establish physician relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through lectures and events; collaborate with physician relations marketing team on direct marketing strategies. Support the development of direct‑to‑consumer marketing initiatives to drive volumes and enhance marketing efforts of physicians to drive referrals and grow market share. Serve as social media liaison, meeting quantifiable goals and objectives; help oversee websites related to area of focus for timely and consistent updates. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Valid State of Florida driver’s license.
