Base pay range: $117,000.00/yr – $234,000.00/yr

Walmart Connect is the retail media business within Walmart, Inc. We were created to keep up with the changing world of Walmart customers by offering more than just media. Walmart Connect helps brands connect with customers more often and more meaningfully through omnichannel experiences. As a Walmart Connect PLUS (Paid Leave United Support) Sales Partner, you'll be in the right place at the right time to ride the retail media trend at the largest retailer in the world! It's your opportunity to bring to life full‑funnel performant advertising solutions for brands across categories you will manage. You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients, merchandising partners, and marketing support to grow your clients' business and drive revenue at Walmart.
You will work onsite at one of our main locations (Hoboken, NJ, Los Angeles, CA, and San Bruno, CA) in a vibrant and collaborative Walmart Connect media agency environment, joining the team in‑office at least three times per week and as‑requested. You will drive client meetings with a particular focus on providing expertise for our PLUS ad products. Your primary goal will be increasing adoption of our ad products by acting as a connective tissue between Walmart Connect teams (Sales and Product) and our advertisers. You will have the opportunity to make an impact at a senior stakeholder level as a member of cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities

- Leverage data and metrics to analyze problems and evaluate potential solutions.
- Demonstrate creative thinking, analytical reasoning, and the application of sales knowledge and experience.
- Maintain and improve relationships with clients and colleagues, creating a strong client base and fostering a positive work environment.
- Address conflicts proactively, seeking win‑win solutions while maintaining professionalism and composure during difficult conversations.
- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans, removing barriers, providing resources, and measuring progress.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team‑based work environment, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of plans and initiatives and supporting community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
- Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
- 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (e.g., television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
- 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
- 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
- 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C‑suite clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
