RGB Media is a small, growing creative studio specializing in photography, videography, and social content for businesses in the St. Louis area. From restaurants and real estate to events and local brands, we turn everyday moments into clean, compelling visuals and stories.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Media Assistant who can support both content production and behind-the-scenes operations. This is an entry-level role for someone hungry to learn, stay organized, and grow with a scaling creative team. You don’t need to know everything on day one—curiosity, reliability, and a good eye matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Split your time between editing and retouching short-form and long-form video, basic photo edits, and simple graphics; assisting on shoots, helping with camera setup, and occasionally filming on-site around the STL area.
• Keep files labeled and organized, track deliverables, and administer projects to move on schedule.
• Upload content, tag assets, and draft simple captions and content calendars; send updates, gather approvals, and coordinate basic scheduling details with clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience or strong interest in video, photography, or content creation. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar, or the drive to learn quickly.
• Strong communication, solid organization, and the ability to follow through with minimal hand-holding.
• A good eye for composition, pacing, and story flow.
• Based near St. Louis/St. Charles County, MO, with occasional on-site shoot availability.
• Bonus if you’ve played with color grading or audio cleanup, used social schedulers, or secretly love color‑coded spreadsheets and tidy folders.

This role starts at $20–$25/hour (1099 subcontractor), depending on experience and skill set, with hours based on project load and the opportunity to grow into more responsibility and eventually a full-time position as the studio scales.
