Product Designer (UX/UI)
Linney is a world‑class, multichannel marketing services business, and our 250‑strong creative agency, Linney Create, is looking for a creative and imaginative product designer (UX/UI) to help drive innovation within our growing digital team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in an ambitious team, working with a wide variety of high‑profile brands across a diverse mix of design briefs.
We are seeking someone creative, innovative and imaginative. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and be brilliant at seeing simple answers to complicated design challenges.
You’ll know and practise industry‑standard user‑experience design techniques and processes and will have a user‑centred design portfolio, showing a broad range of design ideas backed up with results to prove their effectiveness.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include creating information architecture, wireframes, customer journey maps and beautifully crafted interfaces.
You’ll be able to create digital prototypes with pace and accuracy and design engaging experiences which meet customer needs and business goals.
You will also be happy to collaborate with our account, technical and creative teams to help define, shape and implement effective and engaging customer journeys, and will support in the preparation and facilitation of client workshops and design sprints.
Essential skills, qualifications and experience
- Agency experience
- Diverse digital product design portfolio, backed up with results
- A strong understanding of and belief in human‑centred design thinking, methods and techniques
- Ability to problem‑solve and find the most effective answer
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to present confidently to our creative teams and clients
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC
- A good understanding of AI prototyping tools
- Full UK driving licence
