Creative artworker

Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. Due to continuous growth, Linney display is offering an exciting opportunity for a creative artworker to join our award-winning team.

The right candidate will demonstrate a passion for art, design, and branding, with a strong eye for detail and production-ready artwork. Ideally, they will come from a design studio or agency background, or have similar industry experience.

This role is based in the office five days per week, with occasional working from home.

We design semi-permanent and permanent displays, along with packaging concepts for well-loved global and high-street brands.

Artfully balancing creativity and practicality, we produce artwork that is accurate, brand-compliant, and ready for production, supporting innovative and eye-catching display concepts.

Our working culture is hugely important to us, and teamwork is key to our success. You will work collaboratively with a diverse mix of 3D designers, graphic designers, engineers, and project managers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and producing high-quality, production-ready artwork for retail displays and packaging
  • Ensuring designs are accurate, brand-compliant, and ready for print or digital output
  • Supporting the creative team by adapting concepts, creating assets, and retouching images
  • Collaborating across teams to meet deadlines and maintain exceptional quality

Essential skills:

  • Excellent understanding of brand identity, typography, colour management, and print requirements
  • Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with designers, engineers, and sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to high-quality artwork
