Your Mission

You build systems that scale before others even understand them.

Your mission is to take beglaubigt.de from 0 to 100 using unconventional growth hacks, data-driven funnels, and creative, measurable experiments.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and scale our marketing and growth stack (Paid, Organic, Automation, Partnerships)
• Develop growth hacks and viral loops to drive exponential traffic and lead generation
• Test, validate, and automate 0→1 growth processes
• Build and manage freelancer and creator systems for content, ads, and outreach
• Develop data and tracking systems (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot)
• Work closely with product, design, and tech to optimize conversions (landing pages, funnels, email journeys)
• Launch and scale satellite projects, micro brands or experiments that drive traffic and conversion
• Own budget, performance, and growth KPIs

What You Bring

• You’ve personally built “wild growth hacks” – from Instagram automation systems to AI-driven outreach
• Experience building 0→1 projects or startups (website, brand, or side hustle)
• Hands‑on builder mentality, you don’t wait for a briefing, you start building
• Strong command of tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, Notion, Webflow, GA4, Typeform, PhantomBuster, Make, ChatGPT, etc.
• You think in systems, automation, and creativity
• Growth mindset, data orientation, and the courage to break things in order to rebuild them better
• Work on one of Europe’s most exciting LegalTech projects
• Full creative freedom for your own growth experiments theres nah corporate limits
• Direct collaboration with the founders (Alex, Felix)
• Build your own performance, content, and creative team
• Take real ownership – with measurable impact and equity opportunities
