What You Will Do

Report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and partner with the demand generation and digital teams to launch and optimize campaigns, streamlining how we create, track, and report on marketing programs.

Manage account‑based experience tools, processes, and capabilities across Demandbase and Intentsify, turning intent signals into coordinated marketing and LDR plays to ensure consistent targeting, orchestration, and measurement across teams.

Build dashboards and reports that visualize funnel performance, conversion, buying‑group coverage, and campaign impact, helping marketing and sales teams use insights to drive pipeline and ARR.

Administer tools such as Marketo, Outreach, allGood AI, Intentsify, Demandbase, and Zoom Webinar, ensuring integrations with Salesforce and enrichment systems are reliable and secure.

Automate repetitive tasks, document scalable processes, and train marketing and LDR teams on tools and best practices to improve efficiency.

Uphold GDPR/CCPA standards, monitor data hygiene, and ensure our systems meet enterprise security and audit requirements.

What You Will Bring With You

4+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment.

Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce; experience with tools like Demandbase, Zapier, and Outreach.

Experience with lead management, account‑based marketing, and campaign attribution.

Experience working with complex data sets, validating accuracy, and presenting insights that improve marketing and sales performance.

Experience managing integrations, workflows, and data processes across marketing systems.

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full‑time position is $140,300 to $193,600 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower based on location, experience, and education.
