Opportunity Lead the end-to-end program strategy along with the creative campaign development and execution of all gamification and targeted promotions programs. Ensure these programs continue to expand client engagement and drive incremental growth for Sephora.
Responsibilities Targeted promotion program innovation and expansion (40%)
Gather insights on program performance and develop recommendations to increase impact
Lead targeted strategy for portfolio of existing programs and net new initiatives
Partner with tech team to define most impactful opportunities and corresponding requirements for new features and functionality, both in current year and in future planning
Develop creative briefs based on business goals to drive incremental client behavior
Lead flawless execution of campaigns
Support Senior Manager in test and learn strategy and execution
Gamification Marketing communication strategy development & execution (30%)
Create annual gamification plan, tapping into personalization programs as capabilities continue to evolve
Partner with AMM to develop creative briefs based upon new BI challenges and their tasks, incorporating the latest assets available
Gather and report campaign and program performance results
Test & learn strategy and execution (20%)
Support Senior Manager on defining promo learning agenda, strategic use of various internal testing lanes and flawless execution of promo tests
Cross-functional partner and process maverick (10%)
Build relationships and partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to bring structure to new ways of working
Lead cross-functional team through new and innovative promotional strategies that lead to scalable programs
Qualifications
5+ years Marketing, strategy and/or loyalty program management; agency or retail experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Competencies And Skills
Comfortable with and invigorated by ambiguity and navigating new ways of working
Flexible, resilient, and resourceful in the face of nuanced situations and a constantly changing retail environment
Passionate about innovation and interested in solving new challenges for the greater good of the business
Proven ability to collaborate across complex cross functional programs and partnerships
Understanding of marketing communications and the role of different vehicles in campaigns
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational skills; Strong time management skills; ability to juggle competing priorities

Salary and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses. Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
