Carlyle is seeking a visionary and strategic Global Head of Wealth Marketing to lead the firm’s marketing strategy and execution across its rapidly expanding Wealth platform. This senior leader will define how Carlyle engages with financial advisors, private banks, and high-net-worth investors worldwide – shaping the brand’s presence, storytelling, and market positioning across regions.
In this role, you will set and execute the global marketing agenda for Carlyle’s Wealth business, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence. Leading a team of marketers and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Communications leaders, you will translate strategy into action and deliver measurable business results. Lead Carlyle’s Global Wealth Marketing Strategy, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across regions and channels.

Own the global wealth marketing budget and establish KPIs to measure marketing’s contribution to client engagement and business growth.
Deliver integrated marketing and advertising programs that deepen client engagement and accelerate business growth across the globe.
Lead the end-to-end development and execution of global campaigns, ensuring speed, precision, and excellence in delivery.
Drive thought leadership and educational initiatives – including the Carlyle ConnectED platform – to position Carlyle as a trusted partner to advisors and end investors.
Champion Carlyle’s brand across the wealth channel by ensuring every touchpoint – from digital to events – reflects a clear, consistent, and differentiated identity.
Leverage data-driven insights to enhance segmentation, personalize engagement, and continuously optimize performance across channels.
Build a test-and-learn culture that uses analytics to inform decision-making, demonstrate ROI, and scale best practices globally.
Lead key technology initiatives that advance Carlyle’s digital marketing infrastructure to enhance targeting, personalization, scalability and client engagement.
Anticipate and constantly analyze wealth and asset management trends, identifying emerging opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications Education & Certificates
Concentration in Marketing, Business or a related field, preferred
Master’s or MBA preferred

Professional Experience
12+ years of overall relevant experience, required
Marketing experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management, preferred
Proven track record leading high-performing marketing teams, collaborating across time zones, and executing in a fast-paced, global organization.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly language.
Deep understanding of global wealth distribution channels and investor audiences.
Past experience with developing and managing paid media / advertising campaigns, including strategy, execution and measurement.
Proven expertise in martech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and social advocacy tools).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging other senior leaders of the firm.
Visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with creative execution to drive brand and business impact.

The compensation range for this role is specific to New York, NY, and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $250,000.
In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
