As the Director of Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the channel marketing function within our organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the channel marketing function, including managing a team of channel marketing specialists
Develop and implement channel marketing plans and strategies to drive growth and increase market share
Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing programs and initiatives
Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive sales through channel partners
Provide marketing support and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales efforts
Conduct market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
Manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align channel marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Lead the development of medium to longterm planning, such as Annual Operating Plan (AOP) or Strategic Planning (STRAP)
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing
YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience of at least 8 years in channel marketing or related roles
Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies
Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics
Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)
