This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with the coordination, tracking, and execution of various communications activities that elevate Gensler’s projects, people, and brand presence.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who enjoys managing logistics, maintaining systems, and supporting others to deliver excellent work.This position requires an ability to communicate effectively, a passion for internal reporting and crafting engaging stories, the nimbleness to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously, and a knack for building trust and rapport quickly.**Your Role***Team & Project Support** Provide administrative and logistical support to the Regional Communications team, including scheduling, tracking deadlines, maintaining records, and preparing reports.* Help manage team processes, calendars, and internal coordination to ensure projects move forward efficiently.* Maintain shared communication tools, databases, and digital assets.* Assist with proofreading, formatting, and compiling materials for internal and external use.*Public Relations** Assist in developing public relations collateral including fact sheets, project narratives, and briefing documents.* Lead tracking and reporting of external impact through media and industry partners.* Help maintain media assets, contact lists, editorial calendars.*External Reputation & Events** Assist in organizing and tracking speaking opportunities, award submissions, and event logistics.* Maintain schedules and deadlines for submissions and deliverables.* Help manage promotional benefits tied to sponsorships and memberships.*Social Media + Content** Support posting and engagement across 4 office Instagram channels in alignment with overarching social strategy.* Assist with the website content development process including project profiles, people pages, and blog posts.*Internal Communications** Support content for select internal meetings and people communications.**Your Qualifications*** 2+ years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or administrative support.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.* Self-motivator with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.* Ability to problem-solve and present viable solutions and recommendations.* Professional demeanor and a friendly, flexible, proactive team player.\*For consideration, you must submit a portfolio and your resume in PDF format.*\*\*The base salary will be estimated between $60,000-75,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
