Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the GTV team. You’ll lead the design of our core product – defining user journeys and crafting delightful experiences that drive adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue. You’ll work closely with researchers and engineers to bring new ideas to life, balancing user needs and business goals. This is a role for someone who loves shaping zero-to-one products and wants to reimagine the future of media.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design of GTV, from top-of-funnel landing pages to core product features and customer retention levers
Collaborate with CEO to shape the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver high-quality designs, including user flows, high-level wireframes, detailed mocks, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems
Transform complex customer needs into intuitive solutions, leveraging user research, feedback, and data to inform design iterations and decisions
Partner with researchers and engineers to prototype ideas, run experiments, and launch impactful features
Requirements
5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing high-quality, impactful work in consumer and/or B2B products
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual systems, information hierarchy, and consumer behavior
Proven ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive solutions and communicate them through clear, persuasive storytelling
Immaculate product taste, relentless attention to detail, and a high bar for quality and craft
Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (research and engineering)
Nice To Have
Prior work experience at early-stage or high-growth startups
Familiarity with video generation and content creation
Background in AI and consumer-facing products
Industry experience with brand design, motion design, or product marketing
Compensation
$200K-$225K base salary
