Marketing Communications Manager

CEO/future Director of Sales and Marketing
Role Overview The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing PDV MedTech’s marketing communications strategy. This role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through social media, advertising, trade show presence, and content creation. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, capable of managing campaigns while rolling up their sleeves to create compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Create and schedule posts, manage engagement, and track analytics.
Advertising & Campaigns
Collaborate with sales, product development, and manufacturing teams to align messaging with pipeline goals.
Monitor ROI and optimize campaigns for performance.
Trade Show & Event Coordination
Plan and manage PDV MedTech’s presence at industry trade shows (e.g., MD&M, LSI, MPO, BioHive, MTI).
Oversee booth design, logistics, collateral, and lead capture systems.
Attend select trade shows as required for training, feedback, and direct engagement.
Content Creation
Develop marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, case studies, presentations).
Write and edit blog posts, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
Collaborate with video editors/designers to produce multimedia content.
Utilize the latest AI tools to create meaningful, relatable content that resonates with target audiences.
Brand & Messaging
Ensure consistency of PDV MedTech’s brand voice across all channels.
Support new or expanded services launches with integrated communication plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or technology sectors.
Strong project management skills with experience coordinating trade shows/events.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000 annually
