About the Role: We’re seeking a

Marketing Coordinator

to help us drive forward our event-based marketing efforts, strengthen customer partnerships, and support our growing digital marketing initiatives. The

Marketing Coordinator

will play a central role in coordinating Aero’s marketing activities, with a primary focus on event and trade show planning, vendor coordination, account-based marketing, and digital campaign support. This role requires an outgoing, highly organized professional who thrives on collaboration, relationship-building, and executing projects that elevate Aero’s brand.

While the primary focus is coordination, event planning, and digital marketing support, candidates with skills in light content creation (such as social posts or simple videos) will have an added advantage

What You’ll Do: Event & Trade Show Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and execute Aero’s trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing marketing activities.

Manage logistics: booth setup, event kits, shipping, vendor communications, and on-site support.

Serve as the point of contact at events, ensuring Aero’s presence is professional and customer focused.

Marketing Collateral & Budget Management

Manage the development, inventory, and updates of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and digital resources.

Coordinate and track budgets for giveaways, promotional materials, and printed collateral.

Ensure all materials are kept current and updated across company systems and shared platforms.

Marketing Project Management

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and on brand.

Support the execution of go-to-market strategies, product launches, and dealer/partner marketing initiatives.

Digital & Account-Based Marketing

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to support Aero’s growth strategy.

Contribute to Aero’s social media presence with posts, scheduling, and engagement when needed.

Use data-driven insights to identify target accounts, measure campaign effectiveness, and support marketing decision-making.

Customer & Dealer Engagement

Build relationships with dealers, partners, and customers through event interactions and marketing campaigns.

Support account-based marketing efforts that strengthen Aero’s partnerships and drive new opportunities. Market Research & Reporting

Conduct light market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.

Support reporting efforts to measure ROI and improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a related role (B2B experience preferred).

Desired Qualifications:

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Data-driven mindset; comfortable with reporting, analysis, and using insights to inform decisions.

Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, CRM/ERP platforms) is a plus.

Willingness to travel for trade shows and events (up to 25%).

Outgoing, team-oriented, and able to represent Aero professionally at customer-facing events.

Ability to support light content creation such as social media graphics, short videos, or simple design work.

Ability to interview internal stakeholders for product insights and translate that information into compelling, AI-enhanced informational videos, including capturing and editing video and photo content.

Work Environment: Primarily office-based with periodic travel to trade shows, events, and vendor locations. Work may occur in indoor and outdoor event settings.

Occasional bending, reaching, and kneeling when setting up event materials or displays.

Lifting & Carrying:

Must be able to lift, carry, and move marketing materials, promotional items, and event supplies up to

25 pounds

Ability to assist with booth setup and teardown at trade shows.

Manual Dexterity & Vision:

Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and marketing materials.

Visual acuity required for reviewing digital content, printed materials, and design work.

Communication & Sensory Skills:

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, virtually, and over the phone.

Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and customer inquiries in varied environments (office and event settings).

Travel Requirements:

Willingness and ability to travel up to

25%

for trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement activities.

Travel may occasionally include weekend or evening commitments tied to event schedules.
