Responsibilities
Lead and mentor junior designers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the integrated design process
Develop and oversee design concepts, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals
Conduct advanced code research and apply regulatory requirements to complex project assignments
Review, coordinate, and approve construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage project schedules, budgets, and workflow to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
Engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate seamless project delivery
Contribute to strategic design initiatives and innovation within the firm
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience in architectural design, including leadership on multiple project types and phases
Proficient in Revit; AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction documentation
Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders
