Humana’s Lifecycle Analytics team is focused on delivering insights that improve member engagement across the customer journey. As a Senior Associate, Marketing Lifecycle Analytics, you’ll help lead data initiatives that measure and optimize engagement strategies across channels and segments.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and reporting of engagement data across campaigns and channels.

Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and strategy teams to optimize member experiences.

Develop insights and recommendations to improve engagement outcomes.

Document methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Support governance and compliance activities related to engagement data.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in engagement or lifecycle analytics or master’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

4+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and reporting tools.

3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation.

Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments.

Experience with campaign performance measurement.

Work from Home Information

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide home or hybrid home/office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process may include an interview technology called HireVue for a pre‑screen. This may involve responding to questions via text, taking about 15 minutes.

Travel While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Schedule & Compensation 40 hours per week.

The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. The incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
