As the Vice President of Marketing, you’ll lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies that fuel growth, enhance brand equity, and expand our international footprint. You’ll be both a strategist and a hands-on leader — someone who can connect vision to execution and inspire cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead the marketing planning process to support our growth strategy, with an emphasis on new product launches and market growth.

Develop and implement marketing plans based on data-driven insights into products, customer needs, competition, and industry trends.

Create a culture of innovation, accountability, and success.

Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to support successful new product launches.

Oversee market research and a culture of customer obsession, with special focus on end users.

Lead online marketing, promotions, and point of purchase initiatives that reinforce brand strength and drive customer engagement.

Manage trade show strategy and execution to support our aggressive growth strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree a plus with at least ten (10) years in an increasingly responsible marketing position. Experience in product management, advertising, public relations, social media. Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.

At least five (5) years of applied management experience in a sales/marketing environment and three (3) years of international experience.

Very flexible, a strong team player, and able to adapt in rapidly changing market/management environments.

Strong verbal and written communications skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong team focus and ability to work with others, both internal and external to the organization.

Physical and Travel Physical Demand Requirements: Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Travel Requirements: 10% (3 days per month).
