Job Title: Vice President of Marketing
Location: Culver City, CA, USA
Overview Provide senior marketing leadership and continuity during maternity leave coverage. Ensure seamless execution of innovation launches, go-to-market campaigns, and portfolio expansion across professional and specialty retail channels.
Responsibilities
Specialty Retail & Professional Launches. Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new product introductions across Sephora, Ulta, Amazon and Hair Pro Channels.
Innovation Leadership. Partner with global/regional R&D and brand teams on development of innovation for the U.S. market and bring new products to life with consumer and professional relevance.
Go-to-Market Strategy. Translate pipeline into launch calendars, marketing strategies, sell-in tools, and in-store activation.
Portfolio Expansion. Roll out existing product portfolio into new customers and channels, ensuring tailored positioning and activation.
Budget & Campaign Phasing. Oversee marketing budget allocation, marketing activations phasing, and ROI tracking to maximize resource efficiency and deliver turnover and profitability targets.
Cross-Functional Leadership. Align with Sales, Education, Events, and Digital to ensure consistent execution and strong customer impact.
Team Support & Guidance. Provide direction and prioritization for high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications
10+ years of senior marketing leadership in beauty, specialty retail, or prestige consumer brands
Strong track record of innovation and product launch management in the U.S.
Deep expertise in go-to-market execution from strategy through in-market delivery
Experience with portfolio/channel expansion and specialty retail sell-in
Financial acumen to manage multi-million USD budgetsAbility to step quickly into a matrixed, global–regional organization
Collaborative, results-driven leadership style with excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
