Founding Head of Marketing
Reducto helps AI teams ingest real‑world enterprise data with state‑of‑the‑art accuracy. We train vision models to read unstructured PDFs, spreadsheets, and more, making it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.
About the Role As Head of Marketing, you will own marketing end‑to‑end, with a focus on increasing sign‑ups and awareness of new customers and driving engagement of existing ones. You’ll manage two direct reports and grow the organization to cover product, brand, performance marketing, and communications.
What You’ll Do Immediately
Lead product marketing, shaping messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Drive creative and brand marketing, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns.
Execute early growth marketing programs, such as email campaigns, webinars, case studies, and lead magnets.
Own the PLG arm.
Build awareness for new features among existing customers.
Bonus Points If You Have
10+ years of experience in marketing, with significant focus on product marketing.
A proven track record marketing enterprise software or developer/infra tools to technical buyers.
Experience building demand generation and awareness programs from the ground up.
Thrived in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
Enjoyed setting strategy, while executing and growing a brand new marketing organization.
