Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing paid advertising campaigns across various digital media platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of how to leverage paid media to drive business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute paid media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pay Per Lead Channels to achieve business goals. Ongoing growth oriented account management is key to this role.

Content Creation Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure that ads are aligned with brand messaging and optimized for engagement and conversions.

Audience Targeting: Research and define target audiences to maximize ad performance through demographic, behavioral, and interest-based segmentation.

Budget Management: Allocate and monitor advertising budgets across multiple platforms to optimize ROI, adjusting spend as necessary to meet campaign objectives.

Data Driven Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Conversion Pixel, and other platform-specific tools to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed reports, along with learning our own proprietary platform ION.

A/B Testing: Perform A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Paid Roadmapping: Build not only a launch strategy for our clients, but execute full life cycle roadmap plans. Including testing new platforms, Optimizing ad spend against seasonality and ad performance across all channels. Critical thinking and analysis are key to build and execute strategies with longevity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3-5 years of experience in paid media advertising, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with the entire Google Ads suite ranging from Paid Search, Local service ads, Performance Max and all other campaign types in the platform.

Proficiency with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and others.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Event Pixel, LinkedIn Insights Tag, and other analytics and conversion tracking methods.

Excellent understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and budgeting.

Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and HubSpot (or similar tools).

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and multichannel campaign management.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Home Services lead generation campaigns.

Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification.

Basic knowledge of SEO and organic social media strategies.

Proficiency in creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Campaign scaling - growing clients through data driven optimizations.

Experience with Pay Per Lead platforms like - Yelp. Angi’s, Thumbtack. Modernize and more.

Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio.

Experience with Task Management platforms such as TeamWork, Monday, Asana, Zoho etc.

Experience with Automation platforms like Zapier, Go High Level etc.

Pay and Benefits

Salary starting at $65,000+ plus bonus
