Leasing & Marketing Specialist – Multifamily Property Management
Monarch Investment and Management Group (MIMG) is seeking an experienced Leasing and Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department in Franktown, CO. The Leasing & Marketing Specialist is responsible for analyzing, developing, and executing property‑specific marketing plans across the region. You’ll train, mentor, and oversee on‑site leasing and marketing teams, ensure communities maintain a strong online presence, and support rate recommendations and leasing performance.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, update, and optimize community‑specific Marketing Plans with Regional Marketing Directors
Collaborate with Regional Managers, Assistant Regional Managers, Property Managers, and marketing staff
Create and maintain high‑quality leasing and marketing collateral within brand guidelines
Analyze market surveys and recommend pricing adjustments and rental specials
Monitor regional marketing trends and implement innovative strategies
Review leasing calls and performance for underperforming properties, providing guidance
Train and mentor on‑site leasing teams using GraceHill, eLearning, webinars, and more
Manage digital marketing efforts including Craigslist postings, website updates, and reputation management
Conduct on‑site audits of leasing processes, YARDI data, and lease files
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience
3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily or investment property preferred)
Proficiency with Craigslist, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and digital marketing tools
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Professional presence and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
Willingness to travel regionally
