Description of Role: The marketing department at The Lee Company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Westbrook, CT. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a mix of technical skills, creativity, and strong communication abilities. The role will be responsible for supporting several projects at a time, so having strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively will be essential.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.

2+ years of marketing experience, preferably focusing on B2B marketing.

Highly organized with excellent time management, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Successful track record in areas such as creating digital content for marketing campaigns, optimizing content with SEO best practices, developing and executing automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot, and experience making website content updates using a content management system.

Knowledge of and experience with inbound marketing, social media marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and AI tools and platforms used in digital marketing.

Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Canva, Photoshop, Vimeo, Bing & Google Ads, and InDesign a plus.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the internal marketing team and external agencies to develop and launch digital assets to support multi‑channel marketing campaigns tailored to a range of B2B audiences.

Assist with coordination between designers, copywriters, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of high‑quality digital assets.

Support the optimization of website content to improve rankings on traditional search engines and AI platforms.

Assist with ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date contact data in HubSpot and CRM systems.

Contribute to building lead nurturing programs and workflows in HubSpot, leveraging content such eBooks, case studies, and product demos to engage marketing qualified leads.

Assist with managing and enhancing the company’s social media presence, including crafting engaging posts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance across multiple business accounts.

Support managing and improving the company website by uploading new content, creating new landing pages, conducting A/B tests on webpages, analyzing performance metrics, and evaluating ways to make improvements.

Contribute to email marketing efforts, including building segmented email lists, creating emails within HubSpot, running A/B tests, scheduling deployment, reviewing analytics, and developing reports to share with team members.

Assist with paid digital advertising efforts, including creating and uploading targeted audience lists, managing numerous digital ad campaigns, reviewing analytics, and developing reports to share with team members.

Stay on top of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Assist with additional duties to help support the marketing team as needed.
