## Job Description# Applications Dev & Test - Product Designer 4* Translate complex concepts into compelling narratives and visualizations that align stakeholders around NorthStar experience visions.* Design using established systems and patterns, including content templates, UI controls, navigation models, and visual design standards.* Deliver design artifacts across a range of fidelities—from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.* Create and maintain design documentation such as storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, personas, task flows, and creative briefs.* Champion a customer-centric mindset by synthesizing insights from qualitative and quantitative research.* Facilitate and support remote and in-person workshops to drive alignment and ideation.* Present holistic solutions that span multiple touchpoints and organizational silos.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is realized from concept through implementation.* Use digital and physical tools to communicate design intent and gather stakeholder and customer feedback.* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, or related field **AND** 8+ years of product/service design experience* **OR** Master’s degree in a related field **AND** 6+ years of experience* **OR** Equivalent practical experience applying design thinking to solve complex problems* Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Sketch*** 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end product or service design solutions to customers* Design Thinking certification from a recognized institution (e.g., IDEO, IBM, Stanford, Luna, Forrester)* 3+ years conducting 1:1 user research interviews* 5+ years facilitating live and virtual Design Thinking workshops* 3+ years of experience in the technology sector, especially with enterprise (B2B) customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
