ProFed Credit Union
Position Summary
This position plays a key role in bringing ProFed’s brand to life across print, digital, and in‑branch experiences. Responsible for supporting marketing initiatives by creating compelling visual content that engages members, strengthens brand identity, and clearly communicates our products and services. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, highly creative designer who enjoys collaborating within a fast‑paced team environment. This role works closely with the VP of Marketing, AVP of Marketing, branch teams, and outside vendors to ensure all creative assets align with ProFed’s brand standards and strategic goals.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience designing for print, digital, social media, and web environments
Ability to produce digital content such as website mock‑ups, web tiles, email graphics, and social media assets
Video editing or motion graphics experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus
Conceptual understanding of HTML/CSS preferred (not required)
Excellent writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail, brand consistency, color, and typography
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Credit union, financial institution, or agency experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Clear and effective communication abilities
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to view screens and operate computer equipment
Occasional travel to branches, vendors, or community events
Light to moderate lifting (materials, signage, display items)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and produce print and digital marketing materials to support campaigns, promotions, and ongoing communication efforts
Create digital content, i.e., website mock‑ups, landing page assets, web tiles, email graphics, and social media designs
Maintain and reinforce ProFed’s brand standards across all creative output
Partner with the AVP of Marketing on coordinated campaign graphics and visual assets
Conduct design research and stay current with industry trends and best practices
Assist in concept development for marketing campaigns, branch promotions, and digital initiatives
Communicate promotional instructions and materials to branch staff as needed
Prepare production‑ready files and coordinate with external vendors, printers, and media partners
Ensure all creative projects meet quality standards and marketing deadlines
Perform additional duties as assigned
