Position Description The Marketing Content Specialist creates high-impact digital and educational content that engages audiences and elevates brand storytelling. The role combines creativity, agricultural insight, and AI fluency to strengthen engagement, visibility, and lead conversion.

Reports To Marketing Leader

Location Remote, Appleton-Green Bay WI office as needed

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and publishing for social, email, and blogs.

Manage community engagement and resource updates.

Gather partner stories, testimonials, and visuals to feed into case studies and campaigns.

Work closely with Customer Experience and Sales to translate real-world customer outcomes into digestible stories, spotlights, and resources.

Assist with co-branded content and coordinating partner assets.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels that reflects Fork Farms’ mission, values, and impact.

Develop editorial and marketing content calendars aligned to campaigns, product announcements, seasonal initiatives, and education cycles.

Monitor social and email analytics to identify content themes that resonate for marketing optimization.

Coordinate asset production (photography, short video clips, customer UGC requests, etc.) to support ongoing storytelling.

Assist with conference/trade show needs.

Support webinar/event promotion, including email sequences, landing pages, and post-event follow-up stories.

Interested in helping provide access to fresh food for everyone, gardening/hydroponics, environmental science, FFA/4‑H, agriculture, horticulture, botany, or STEM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1+ years of experience in marketing operations, startup or agency background a plus.

Strong background in project management, in particular for organizing and implementing projects, coordinating resource needs and milestones, and maintaining a schedule for stakeholder engagement.

Proven track record of successfully driving marketing campaigns and implementing social media strategies.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, external vendors, and senior leadership. Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Software Experience: Familiarity with Hubspot, Canva and Adobe Illustrator is preferred but not required.
