Role Description
The Media Specialist serves as the performance marketing expert within the Customer Success organization. This US-based role partners closely with the Head of Customer Success, Customer Success Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist and Business Development Team to guide clients through setup, testing, and optimization phases. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our marketing clients — analyzing performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending best practices for campaign configuration and predictive data use. This is a client-facing position that blends media strategy, data‑driven analysis, and hands‑on troubleshooting to ensure customer setup is optimal for delivering measurable lift using Angler AI.
Responsibilities
Partner with cross‑functional teams to set up, test, and optimize media campaigns for clients.
Analyze performance data, diagnose issues, and recommend best practices for campaign configuration and predictive data use.
Act as a trusted advisor, communicating insights and strategies to clients.
Ensure successful client setup for measurable lift using Angler AI.
Qualifications
Mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (3+ years)
Client management experience with proven retention track record (2+ years)
Strong understanding of attribution, pixel/CAPI integrations, and data‑driven optimization
Previous experience QAing signal health and setup within Events Manager
Analytical mindset – confident interpreting data, building reports, and communicating performance insights.
Comfort working in a startup or high‑growth environment – adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
Mastery of Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI
