Role Description

The Media Specialist serves as the performance marketing expert within the Customer Success organization. This US-based role partners closely with the Head of Customer Success, Customer Success Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist and Business Development Team to guide clients through setup, testing, and optimization phases. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our marketing clients — analyzing performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending best practices for campaign configuration and predictive data use. This is a client-facing position that blends media strategy, data‑driven analysis, and hands‑on troubleshooting to ensure customer setup is optimal for delivering measurable lift using Angler AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to set up, test, and optimize media campaigns for clients.
• Analyze performance data, diagnose issues, and recommend best practices for campaign configuration and predictive data use.
• Act as a trusted advisor, communicating insights and strategies to clients.
• Ensure successful client setup for measurable lift using Angler AI.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (3+ years)
• Client management experience with proven retention track record (2+ years)
• Strong understanding of attribution, pixel/CAPI integrations, and data‑driven optimization
• Previous experience QAing signal health and setup within Events Manager
• Analytical mindset – confident interpreting data, building reports, and communicating performance insights.
• Comfort working in a startup or high‑growth environment – adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
• Mastery of Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI
