Zippo Manufacturing Company is hiring a
Website Content Coordinator .
In this full‑time, onsite role based in Bradford, PA, you will support the creation and maintenance of website content using the Shopify CMS. You will help keep pages, blogs, and landing pages brand‑aligned, updated, and user‑friendly across devices, especially around new products and seasonal promotions.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating, editing, and publishing website pages, blog posts, and landing pages in Shopify.
Update promotional content, banners, and product information to reflect current campaigns.
Ensure web content follows brand standards and is visually consistent on mobile and desktop.
Coordinate with marketing and e‑commerce teams to apply basic SEO practices, such as keyword tagging and meta‑description updates.
Upload and organize images, videos, and other digital assets in Shopify in partnership with the Creative team.
Track basic site metrics and content performance using Shopify reports and Google tools to flag updates.
Assist with content testing and user experience improvements under senior team direction.
Support website tasks for international distributors, including file sharing and updates for regional Shopify sites.
Provide general administrative support: maintain UTM tracking links, submit invoices, and keep update records.
Support planning and coordination of selected marketing campaigns and promotions across digital channels.
Stay up to date on content trends and tools to support continued learning and team knowledge‑sharing.
Qualifications
Two to three years of experience as a Website Content Coordinator or in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability with Shopify CMS and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and e‑commerce best practices.
Google Analytics certification strongly preferred.
Experience with project‑management software such as Monday.com or Asana strongly preferred.
