Designers (Senior Low Voltage Designer, Senior Fire Alarm Designer, Audio Visual Designer, Distributed Antenna System (DAS) Designer)
Location St. Petersburg, FL
Salary $80,000 – $140,000

Responsibilities
Design low voltage systems, including intrusion, access control, CCTV, DAS, LAN, Wi-Fi Networks, and more for commercial and multifamily projects
Act as a resource and provide technical assistance for projects during bidding, design, permitting, and construction
Provide efficiency reviews and / or value engineering options for existing designs
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project personnel
Design code-compliant, contract-compliant, and cost-effective systems while reviewing scopes of work, specifications, plans and legal contracts
Revit required
If no Revit, needs a minimum of CAD (no Visio)
Design experience in these scopes, LV, AV or DAS
Access control, CCTV, structured cabling, AV, iDAS , FA
Avoid anyone who are only or primarily doing as-builts – we want those who are creating shop drawing level design specs, preferably from scratch
Manufacturer specific experience isn’t necessary
Similar project related experience with multifamily is best (alternatives accepted are with healthcare, data centers, stadiums)
