Associate Brand Marketing (Development & Expansion) - Global Culinary Kitchen
Position Summary: This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate the growth of Drumstick Bites, one of our most exciting recent launches in the Sweets & Snacks portfolio. The challenge is to drive rapid distribution, build brand awareness, and secure repeat purchase in a competitive market while balancing the development of our legacy brand, Carlos V. This expansion and development associate will play a critical role in accelerating growth within the Chocolate Snacks category, focusing on innovation rollout, unlocking distribution opportunities, and ensuring strong alignment with commercial teams to deliver results in a dynamic, resource‑constrained environment.
Key Responsibilities Consumer & Customer Intimacy
Understand consumer and customer dynamics through data and research to inform strategies.
Translate insights and commercial priorities into relevant marketing activations.
Identify trends and opportunities to optimize plans and investments.
Business Planning
Own P&L accountability to meet KPIs: revenue, profit, market share, and brand health.
Lead operating processes for performance tracking and accurate forecasting.
Balance focus between legacy growth and rapid innovation rollout, prioritizing resources effectively.
Develop strategic revenue management approaches (pricing, promo, pack architecture).
Commercial Excellence
Partner closely with Sales and Category teams to secure distribution and visibility.
Drive alignment and execution of annual commercial plans across channels.
Lead integrated planning processes to ensure flawless execution.
Brand And Product Experience
Develop marketing strategies that increase awareness and purchase frequency.
Ensure cultural relevance and consumer engagement in all activations.
Support packaging changes and innovation pipeline development.
Qualifications / Certifications
University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
Knowledge of budget control methods, policies, and procedures
Strong negotiation, relationship building, and research skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change
Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills
Basic financial acumen (risk/return analysis)
Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Critical Experiences
3‑5 years in marketing or brand management
Experience leading cross‑functional teams or agency partners
Experience with marketing communication projects (digital/media strategies)
Experience leveraging data and trends to generate consumer insights (IRI or Nielsen knowledge recommended)
Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills
