Hot 8 Yoga is growing and looking to expand our management team. We are seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love yoga to join our company.
Applicants must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and be required to teach classes on our schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin). Previous management experience is required.
Responsibilities
Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff.
Work a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week.
Be present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
Track studio budget.
Address day‑to‑day maintenance needs.
Process payroll.
Oversee inventory.
Work 4–5 front desk shifts.
Perform extensive cleaning – all day every day.
Lead teacher trainings.
Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.

Schedule & Compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $25 – $31 per hour.
Shift: 8 hour shift.
