Hot 8 Yoga is growing and looking to expand our management team. We are seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love yoga to join our company.

Applicants must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and be required to teach classes on our schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin). Previous management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff.
• Work a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week.
• Be present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Track studio budget.
• Address day‑to‑day maintenance needs.
• Process payroll.
• Oversee inventory.
• Work 4–5 front desk shifts.
• Perform extensive cleaning – all day every day.
• Lead teacher trainings.
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.

Schedule & Compensation

• Job Type: Full-time
• Hourly: $25 – $31 per hour.
• Shift: 8 hour shift.
• Holidays, on‑call, weekend availability.
• Commission pay.
• Location: One location (Beverly Hills).
