Role Overview As a Field Sales and Marketing Representative you will drive sales of premier product lines within one of our largest retail partners, The Home Depot. This role will sharpen your selling, account management, and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.

Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.

Support corporate brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell‑through.

Maintain brand presence and sales readiness via strategic merchandising and product placement.

Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, competitors, and channel dynamics.

Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently within your assigned market.

Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution.

Effectively manage inventory levels, maintain product accessibility, and report tasks.

Assist with merchandising resets to support TTI’s innovation and product placement.

Job Requirements

At least 21 years old and US‑resident without sponsorship restrictions.

Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year and a reliable vehicle.

Valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as primary driver.

Ability to travel to assigned store locations; air travel may be required.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., move product, and work evenings/weekends.

Strong organizational, planning, time‑management, and team‑player skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; multilingual skills a plus.

High‑school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

Self‑motivated and customer‑focused.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $50,000 – $54,000 annually ($24.04 – $25.96 per hour).

Vehicle Allowance: $400/month (pre‑tax), $4,800 annually.

Sales contests and incentives for additional earnings.
