WHAT IS A COMMUNITY MANAGER? The community manager is the face of our organization, serving as the liaison between HOA board members, homeowners, and vendors. Your role includes ownership of all tasks and projects, exceptional customer service, vendor management, and portfolio operations.
DAY‑TO‑DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Live our Same‑Day Response Policy passionately.
Engage with board members and homeowners.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across a portfolio of associations.
Plan and facilitate association board and annual meetings.
Oversee vendor relationships, bidding, and project management.
Consult with other departments to support your communities.
Manage risk, insurance, and litigation support.
Prepare budgets and oversee association finances.
Be available for after‑hour emergencies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
8+ years of solid work experience.
Ability to attend or run evening meetings (30‑40 per year).
Strong organizational skills.
Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Understanding of financial statements and budgets.
Experience gathering bids and managing large projects.
TRAINING PROGRAM
One year of interactive training with a Community Manager Mentor.
Access to a web‑based learning academy.
Continuous updates on laws and seasonal topics.
Mentorship and peer learning within a community of managers.
