Marketing UX (User Experience) Specialist
who can elevate and unify the digital experience across
seven+ websites , ensuring a cohesive, intuitive, and engaging journey for every user. This role blends UX strategy, digital marketing, and creative execution to improve brand consistency, user engagement, and overall conversion performance.
The ideal candidate has experience in
user experience design ,
digital customer journeys , and
email marketing through Mailchimp and Klaviyo
with the ability to translate complex service offerings into seamless and compelling online experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX strategy
across 7+ company websites, ensuring a streamlined and consistent user experience that aligns with brand identity and business goals.
Analyze user behavior, heatmaps, and analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and web development teams to create user journeys that clearly communicate product and service offerings.
Oversee website content structure, navigation flow, page layout, and conversion optimization.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and user flows to communicate design direction.
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns through
Mailchimp ,
Klaviyo , including template design, automation setup, segmentation, and performance reporting.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and best UX practices.
Track performance metrics across websites and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Maintain a deep understanding of user needs and market trends to continually enhance the digital experience.
Qualifications & Skills
3–5+ years of professional experience in UX, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong proficiency with
Mailchimp ,
Klaviyo , including automations, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
Understanding of SEO principles and how they impact UX.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting website performance data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Detail‑oriented, creative thinker with a strong passion for improving customer experiences.
