Plantscape Inc. is the parent company behind three creative manufacturing brands —

Commercial Silk ,

CSI Creative , and

Plantscape Live . Together, we design and build greenery, acoustic, and architectural solutions for commercial spaces used by architects, designers, and contractors worldwide.

You will

primarily lead the website and digital brand experience for Commercial Silk , our global artificial‑greenery division with a 50+ year legacy and clients including Disney, Universal, Wyndham Hotels, and more.

The Role We are hiring an experienced

Website UX Designer

— not a product/app UI designer — to overhaul, manage, and continuously improve our B2B brand websites. You will own UX research, information architecture, content strategy, wireframing, UI design, and conversion‑focused page development.

This role requires someone who has

planned, redesigned, and shipped full marketing or brand websites , ideally in a B2B environment with complex navigation, content‑heavy pages, and lead‑based conversion funnels. You’ll work closely with marketing, leadership, and our developer to bring pages live quickly and effectively.

We are looking for someone who can contribute meaningfully from day one — confident in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct UX research to understand user behavior, buyer journeys, and competitive positioning.

Architect site maps, navigation, taxonomy, and content hierarchy for a large B2B website.

Define user flows, pathways, and conversion funnels (RFQs, contact CTAs, samples, etc.).

Create wireframes, prototypes, and page layouts in Figma/Adobe.

Web Content, Brand & CRO

Write or structure clear, persuasive marketing copy aligned to A&D and contractor audiences.

Improve conversion rates across key landing pages and lead‑generation flows.

Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging pillars, and terminology across the site.

Ensure responsive, accessible, and SEO‑friendly UX.

Partner with marketing on web content planning, campaigns, and performance optimization.

Work with our developer to implement new pages, templates, and design changes.

Review analytics (GA4, HubSpot) to identify UX and CRO improvements.

You’ll Be Great at This If You Have

Direct experience designing and shipping full marketing/brand/B2B websites

(not SaaS dashboards or mobile apps alone).

A portfolio with

live websites you personally structured, designed, and improved , including: site map/IA work, wireframes & UX flows, high‑fidelity web comps, final live pages, or experience with

conversion‑focused page design

for lead generation.

Strong visual design, typography, layout, and UX writing skills.

Experience collaborating with marketing, SEO, and content teams.

Ability to manage projects independently and make thoughtful, high‑impact decisions.

Nice to Have

HubSpot (email, landing pages), GA4 basics, SEO hygiene.

Experience with architecture/design, construction, or B2B manufacturing audiences.

Not the Right Fit If

Your portfolio is mostly

mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, or product UI

without substantial website work.

You cannot provide

links to live websites

you directly designed or restructured.

How to Apply

Applicants must already be local to, or able to relocate to, the

Minneapolis–Saint Paul
