Role Overview – The Role As a member of the Harbinger team, you will create, lead, and execute content strategies that deliver brand authority and measurable business growth for our partners. The role goes beyond content creation; it connects marketing objectives with storytelling, distribution, and optimization.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing Directors, Marketing Coordinators, designers, copywriters, and digital strategists to build editorial calendars, oversee campaigns, optimize performance, and continually refine strategy based on partner goals and platform optimization.
Core Responsibilities
Strategy Development – build and maintain content marketing strategies that align with partner business objectives and drive growth.
Content Planning – create editorial calendars covering blogs, videos, social, email, and steward workflows for timely execution.
Content Oversight – direct and refine creation, editing, and publishing process to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Team & Contractor Project Management – oversee and coordinate in‑house team members and external contractors, managing assignments, timelines, and deliverables.
AI‑Driven Content Production – manage and leverage AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT) to support ideation, drafting, and scaling of content while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
Audience & Market Research – analyze competitors, audiences, and engagement data to inform content planning.
Content Audits – review existing content libraries, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in content creation, marketing strategy, or digital marketing.
Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑channel content campaigns.
Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills across digital platforms.
Familiarity with content channels, analytics tools, publishing platforms, and emerging AI platforms.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Suite, Meta Platforms, and Mailchimp.
Experience managing automated email campaigns for lead generation and retargeting.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation and efficiency.
Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
Salary $40,000 – $50,000 based on experience.
